Dan Kliethermes – Owner
Since 1976 Dan has had the pleasure of working with thousands of wonderful homeowners on design and construction of remodeling projects. He has been instrumental in the development of new housing subdivisions and custom home construction. He builds enduring relationships with clients.
Dan earned his CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) and CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place) Designations from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Throughout his career, Dan has received countless awards and industry honors.
Today, Dan’s role in the home building and remodeling company is to oversee daily operations, employee development, finances and project planning.
Cale Kliethermes – Project Planning
As a teen, Cale started working for Kliethermes Homes and Remodeling as a laborer. He learned the construction process from the ground up. After completing his Business Administration and Finance degree, at Regis University in Denver, Cale joined the US Marine Corps. While serving in Iraq, he built secure housing and observation posts.
At Kliethermes, Cale works with homeowners to discover, develop and design their home renovation. He takes pleasure in helping clients realize their home dreams.
In addition to planning, Cale oversees the marketing, advertising, and social media. He earned his CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Doug Schneller – Design/Estimating
While in high school Doug designed and built two custom homes with his grandfather. They focused on using natural materials with minimal waste. He and his grandfather joke that they were “green” before green was cool.
Doug utilized his Design/Drafting degree from Linn State for two years in commercial construction before joining Kliethermes Homes & Remodeling in the spring of 2001. He works closely with clients to design functional plans for the way they live in their home, plans that reflect their unique personality.
Phil Clithero – Production Superintendent
Phil is responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of the construction department. He manages the relationships among homeowners, project managers, architects, trade contractors and Kliethermes Homes & Remodeling personnel.
Phil’s extensive knowledge of residential building techniques and codes has branded him a leader in the home building and improvement industry.
Elaine McCrary – Office Manager
Her organizational skills can be seen in everything she does. For Elaine, it is not just about running an organized office; it is about dedication to giving our clients an exceptional experience whether building a custom home or remodeling their existing home.
Tammy Cody – Accountant
In April of 2010, Tammy joined the Kliethermes Homes & Remodeling team and began overseeing all aspects of the financial activities of the company.
She says, “I think accounting is a great job! I like to think of the tasks of an accountant as pieces of a puzzle and when everything is done correctly, it all fits together!”
Raymond Oberhaus – Project Manager
Raymond started working in the construction industry as a teenager, working full time after high school. He ran his own company for nine years before coming to work for Kliethermes Homes & Remodeling in 1989. He enjoys making people happy by producing the job they are dreaming of.
He likes the job to be done thoroughly and as close to perfection as humanly possible.
Les Harryman- Concrete Foreman
Les has over 40 years experience in concrete. He joined Kliethermes Homes & Remodeling in 1994 and assumed the day to day operations of all new home and remodel concrete projects.
Every project presents its own set of challenges to solve. He will tell you that he just likes concrete.
Tim Ward – Lead Concrete Finisher
Tim has been assisting Kliethermes Homes & Remodeling since 2001 in the day to day activities of pouring and finishing concrete for our new home and remodeling projects. With over 10 years experience in outdoor projects from patios to installing landscape features, Tim truly enjoys knowing that he has created a solid foundation for our client.
Greg Toul – Project Manager
Greg brought extensive experience in framing, home additions, deck construction and trim carpentry when he joined our team in the fall of 2010. He truly enjoys the challenge of bringing a concept to reality.
