A dramatic, spacious, vaulted-ceiling screened porch now graces the back of the clients home. From that porch, there is a grand view of water shimmering in their blue-green swimming pool, of trees forming the border behind the pool. Making the transition from porch-to-pool is a new octagonal wrap-around deck and three sets of steps.

Not only did KHR provide the construction itself, we helped design the project. There was limited space plus views that had to be preserved.
